February Book Pick
Our book choice for February will be some more short stories by Edgar Allan Poe (January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849).
Poe is best known for his short stories, particular his tales of mystery and the macabre (disturbing and horrifying because of depictions of death and injury). He is an American Author, and is one of the country's earliest short story writers. He is also generally considered the inventor of the detective fiction genre.
He was the first well-known American writer to earn a living through writing alone, resulting in an financially difficult life and career.
